What you need to know

Place your order through the website, or for special orders via email. You can either supply your content and design changes when you order, or email them through. Once you order you will be delegated a designer who will work with you to customize your design however needed.

(Approx: 1 day)

This is where you work with your designer to make your stationery perfect. You can change colours, fonts and all content -the sky is the limit. Once you are happy with the design, you will give your final approval before anything goes to print.

(Approx: 2 – 7 business days)

Once you have signed off on your designs, our production team will take over. From print tests to the final quality checking, our print specialists will make sure everything is perfect, before neatly packing your stationery ready to send.

(Approx: 3 – 7 days + 2 business days for foil)

Once we have packed your designs ready to post, friendly couriers will pick them up. You will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your parcels progress from A to B. We send everything via registered express post so you receive it as soon as possible.

Uncoated Natural – 350gsm A smooth finish – fantastic for full colour designs. Colouring is a natural white.

Velvet Luxe – 400gsm A silky smooth matt finish – coated and slightly water resistant. This is currently the premium card all our foil invitations are printed on.

Felt – 270gsm A deckle textured card similar to watercolour paper (but a card).

Linen – 350gsm An elegant card with a strong linen grain. Colouring is a bright natural white finish – a great choice for a simple but stylish texture.

Buffalo – 283gsm A slightly thicker kraft card, richer in colour. By special order only – contact us via email.

Kraft – 270gsm A recycled card, perfect for rustic invitations. By special order only – contact us via email.
